In our bakery, we are making Aussie favourites for January, which are our flavours of the month.

We have Beef Mince Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, and Chocolate and Lamingtons for our flavours of the month.

It is also National Pie Day on the 23rd of January.

February has Valentine's Day, so we are decorating heart-shaped cookies.

Our flavours will be Carrot cake, Red velvet cake, and Nutella-stuffed chunky cookies.

For our savoury flavour, February is National Pasty Week, so our beef and vegetable pasties will be February flavours.
